Man, you really know nothing about Finland. If there is less trouble, it is because we have so much less foreigners. Still, many blacks here don't go out after dark, at least not alone. When the ratio of foreigners gets higher, we too will have a popular anti-immigration movement. The youth gangs in Helsinki are already ethnically based, and every incident between Finns and foreigners gets massive publicity (compared to fights between Finns).
